General Terms and Conditions

Offer and prices

All our offers are subject to change with regard to prices, quantities, delivery costs, prior sale and delivery dates. Our prices are exclusive of VAT. The consumer prices are recommended retail prices.

Deliveries / minimum order value / postage / transportation / backorders:

The minimum order value for a first order is CHF 300. If the net value of the goods is CHF 300.00 per order, delivery is free of charge carriage paid to the domicile or valley station. Deliveries under CHF 300.00 value of goods will be charged with a shipping fee of CHF 15.00. Express surcharges shall be borne by the recipient. The risk is transferred to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the post office, railroad, forwarding agent or any other party entrusted with the transportation. Backorders will be forwarded at our expense.

Complaints / credit notes:

Complaints must be made in writing immediately, but no later than 8 days after receipt of the goods. Notification of defects shall not release the buyer from the obligation to pay within the specified period. If the buyer proves a defect, we shall replace the goods with defect-free goods or refund the price. Incorrect deliveries do not release the customer from the obligation to return the rejected goods postage paid.

Return shipments:

In principle, returns are only possible by prior arrangement and in perfect condition, i.e. not price marked, for example. The following information is required: Article number, price, invoice number, invoice date, name of our employee with whom the return was discussed and reason for the return. If the fault lies with the customer, a processing fee of 15% will be deducted from the credit note.

Payment / reminders:

Our invoices are payable net within 30 days of the invoice date. Prepayment is generally used for first orders. New customers must provide a legally signed customer form and an extract from the commercial register. From the 2nd reminder, as well as for each further reminder, reminder fees of CHF 15 may be charged. Interest on arrears will be charged if the payment deadline is exceeded. Collection and debt enforcement charges shall be borne by the buyer.

Reservation of ownership:

Die gelieferte Ware bleibt unser Eigentum bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung. Bei nicht Bezahlung der Ware ist es uns erlaubt die Ware jederzeit zurück zu holen.

Jurisdiction / Validity:

The place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen. In all other respects, the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. With the publication of the latest edition, all previous terms and conditions of sale and delivery lose their validity.
